1. Who we are

The website luno.md is run by ⚠ company name, IDNO ⚠ IDNO, registered at ⚠ registered address (hereinafter "Luno"). You can contact us on +373 61 117 842.

2. Orders

1. An order placed on the website is a request to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by phone.
2. We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is no longer in stock, if the contact details are wrong or if we cannot reach you. We will let you know if this happens.
3. You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped by calling us on +373 61 117 842.

3. Prices and payment

1. Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL). The final price, including delivery, is shown before you place the order.
2. Payment is in cash on delivery or on pickup from the shop.
3. Promo codes apply under the announced rules and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

We deliver with Fan Courier all over Moldova, or you can pick up your order from the shop. Delivery times and prices are on the Delivery and payment page.

5. Returns and warranty

Your right of return and its conditions are described in the Returns policy. For faulty items you have the rights provided by consumer protection law.

6. Customer account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time in My account.

7. Personal data

We process personal data in line with our Privacy policy.

8. Disputes

We try to solve any problem amicably — call or write to us. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance or the courts of the Republic of Moldova. The law of the Republic of Moldova applies.
