How do I choose the right size?
Go by the child's height, not just their age. Every product shows the age and height it fits, and the size guide has the full chart. If your child is between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can order without an account. An account lets you see your order history and save addresses and favourites.
How do I pay?
In cash on delivery, directly to the courier. If you pick up from the shop, you can pay there.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Delivery with Fan Courier usually takes 1–2 working days. The price depends on your town and is free over 1 500 MDL. Details on the Delivery and payment page.
Why do you call me after I order?
To confirm the sizes, the address and a good time for delivery. This way we avoid parcels sent for nothing.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes. Tick "This is a gift", enter the recipient's details and a message. We can leave the prices out of the parcel and add gift wrapping.
Can I exchange a size or return an item?

How do I check where my order is?
On the Check order page, with your order number and phone. If you have an account, your orders are in My account.
Do you have a physical shop?
