Size exchange

If the size doesn't fit, we'll exchange it. Bring the item to the shop (Baby Hall, etajul 2, buticul 212) or call us on +373 61 117 842 and we'll arrange an exchange by courier.

Returning an item

You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to return items you don't like, without giving a reason.

Items are accepted back if:

• they have not been worn or washed;
• the labels are still attached;
• they are in their original packaging, if there was one.

For hygiene reasons, underwear and tights taken out of their packaging cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to return

1. Call us on +373 61 117 842 and give us your order number (for example, LN-260001).
2. Bring the item to the shop or send it with Fan Courier to the address we give you.
3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item: in cash in the shop or by bank transfer.

Return shipping cost: ⚠ To fill in: paid by the customer / by the shop. If the item is faulty or we sent something other than what you ordered, we pay for the return shipping.

Faulty items

If you find a fault, call us as soon as possible. We will replace the item or refund you, in line with the consumer protection law of the Republic of Moldova.
